I'm a licensed professional counselor and registered board certified art psychotherapist. In therapy I will provide a therapeutic presence to process intrusive thoughts and emotional responses. When it is difficult to find words to express thoughts & feelings, art therapy and mindfulness are offered to assist in bridging the non-verbal with the verbal to reveal a deeper understanding of your lived experience.
You are the expert of your lived experience. I will meet you wherever you are on your journey and guide you through a path of self-exploration to enhance self-acceptance, promote insight, reduce stress and cultivate internal strengths towards resiliency and healing.
