Expressive Workshops
At Insightful Expressions, creative workshops are offered that bring together the best of art, writing, and creative thinking. The workshops are designed to help people unlock their creative potential and explore their inner thoughts and feelings. An encouraging and supportive environment is provided where participants can share their ideas and develop their skills. The workshops are suitable for all ages and abilities, so whether you are an experienced creative or just starting out, we would be delighted to have you join us.
Coaching
Do you or your organization like to integrate Wellness or Trauma Informed Care into the services provided to the community? Coaching services are provided to help you or your organization to reach the specific goals in creating an environment that fosters wellness. Together we will craft a plan that best suits your vision to gain clarity on the next move and to move forward with confidence.
Personal Investment & Rates:
Community Services:
$75 for 1 hour individual ATR and LPC supervision
$40 for 1 hour of group supervision of 3 members
$50 per person for a 2 hour creative workshop
$65 for 1 hour of individual coaching
Consulting fees will vary
